50T Standard C frame wax injector

ZH C-frame wax injector is a highly versatile wax injection machine, suitable for manufacturing wax patterns for a wide spectrum of castings — from civilian to military products, and from medical to aerospace applications. It accommodates various wax materials, including low-temperature and medium-temperature waxes, liquid and paste waxes, as well as filled and unfilled waxes.

Equipped with the intelligent wax injector control system developed by Zhuhang, the machine features multiple programmable flow and pressure control modes. The injection flow rate can be regulated by injection time or by volume. The dual-stage pressure control mode effectively prevents wax pattern sagging. Actual injection pressure and flow rate curves can be generated, accompanied by real-time process alarms.

Operation is via a 12-inch color touchscreen with a user-friendly HMI. A network interface is provided for connection to the factory network or integration with an MES system, enabling transmission of wax injection parameters and recorded data to the factory network.

Independent temperature control is available across multiple zones: upper zone of the wax melter; lower zone of the wax melter; upper zone of the wax storage tank; lower zone of the wax storage tank; injection unit; wax delivery pipe; injection nozzle; upper mould plate; and lower mould plate. This ensures stable temperatures of both the wax material and the mould, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, thereby guaranteeing consistent wax pattern quality.
