Zhuhang four-post wax injector is a heavy-duty, high-rigidity and high-precision professional wax injection equipment, designed for wax pattern forming of medium-to-large size, complex-structure and high-precision investment castings for aerospace, military, medical and energy industries.

The machine adopts a high-strength four-post frame structure. It features high body rigidity, uniform force distribution and stable mold clamping. The frame resists deformation during long-term mass production, perfectly meeting the mass production requirements for large-size, multi-cavity and high-precision wax patterns.

This machine is fully compatible with all types of wax materials: low-temperature wax, medium-temperature wax, liquid wax, paste wax, filled wax and unfilled wax. It has a wide range of applications covering investment casting for civilian, industrial, military and aerospace sectors.

The equipment is equipped with Zhuhang self-developed intelligent wax injection control system, supporting multiple sets of programmable pressure and flow parameter adjustment. It enables dual precise control of injection process based on injection time or injection volume. The proprietary two-stage pressure injection technology effectively eliminates common defects of wax patterns for large molds, including shrinkage, sink marks, blowholes and flow lines, greatly improving the qualification rate of wax patterns. The system generates real-time dynamic curves of injection pressure and flow with full data traceability, and is equipped with real-time process fault alarm to avoid production anomalies in a timely manner.

The whole machine is fitted with a large 12-inch color touch screen with simple, intuitive and user-friendly HMI. Built-in network communication port allows direct connection to factory LAN and MES intelligent manufacturing system for real-time upload, storage and remote management of wax injection process parameters, production data and equipment operation records, adapting to the production mode of modern smart factories.

The machine adopts a multi-zone independent precise temperature control system, which separately controls temperature of upper and lower zones of wax melter, upper and lower zones of wax storage tank, injection unit, wax delivery pipeline, injection nozzle, upper mold plate and lower mold plate. Accurate full-range temperature control reaches ±1℃, ensuring uniform and stable wax temperature, preventing wax pattern deformation and dimensional deviation caused by temperature difference, and continuously producing high-quality standard wax patterns.

With long table stroke, wide post spacing and sufficient mold opening/closing stroke, the four-post machine can accommodate simultaneous production with extra-large molds and multiple mold sets. It has strong load capacity, stable operation and long service life, and is the preferred equipment for large investment casting enterprises to realize large-scale, standardized and intelligent production.
